It follows from the text of the petition that Borovsky is well aware of the facts of corruption, and perhaps even receives the “interest” due to him. But he himself prefers to insure himself, trying not to accept students in his office, referring to employment. It is possible that the role of an intermediary between Melnik and Borovsky is played by Tatyana Eroshenko, who is especially close to the latter, and who gives him part of the money received from graduate students.
