The Department of the TFR in Crimea opened a criminal case against a deputy of the Trudovsky rural settlement, who previously headed the rural administration.
She’s already been charged with abuse of office, reported in the department. According to investigators, from June 2020 to December 2021, the woman, being the head of the settlement, transferred to the businessman the premises of the first floor of the administration with an area of 400 square meters. m.
At the same time, the lease agreement with the entrepreneur was not concluded. Damage from lost rental income for the rural treasury is estimated at 1.3 million rubles. Another 148 thousand rubles had to be spent by the administration to pay for electricity consumed by the merchant.
