On December 29, SE NNEGC Energoatom entered into an agreement for the supply of cables for 33 million hryvnias with Odeskabel Trading House of Odessa Cable Plant LLC. This is reported in the Prozorro system, Our Money writes.
Energoatom indicated in the tender announcement that it wanted to buy 98 different cables and wires for the occupied Zaporozhye and South Ukrainian nuclear power plants. At the same time, in the largest lot of this tender, cables were mixed, which are manufactured in Ukraine by different manufacturers — Privat-cable Plant, Intercable-Kyiv, Yuzhkabel Plant, Gal-Kat.
Under these conditions, only one participant entered the auction OOO “Trading House of the Odessa Cable Plant” Odeskabel “, which promised to supply the products of all these manufacturers.
Checking prices for the largest commodity items showed a significant overpricing compared to market prices.
For example, 11% of the contract falls on VVGNG-LS 1×150 cable. An even larger part of the contract, 20%, falls on VVGNG-FRLS 4×35-0.66 cable. It was ordered at 2311 hryvnia per meter. In open sources, there are offers of such a cable one and a half times cheaper. And similar VVGngd 4×35 cables with similar characteristics cost twice as much.
