The Ministry of Justice asks to confiscate in favor of the state the assets of the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Boris Paykin, since sanctions have been imposed against him for supporting the war against Ukraine.
This is evidenced by the data on the website of the Judicial authorities of Ukraine.
The case on the application of the Ministry of Justice on the application of a sanction against Deputy Paikin will be considered by a panel of judges consisting of the presiding judge Vitaly Kryklyvy, judges Markiyan Galabala and Viktor Nogachevsky.
