Boris Bulochnik, his son Alexander and several other people were brought to subsidiary liability for Master Bank’s debts.
The amount of debt is estimated at 25 billion rubles. The DIA application was submitted to the court in 2016. Meanwhile, representatives of the defendants were never sent to court. The rest stated that there were no board meetings on the issue of loan approval. This issue was dealt with by the beneficiary of the board, Baker Sr.
Contrary to this, the court established grounds for bringing to justice ex-members of the board of Bulochnik Jr. and Vladimir Orlov, as well as deputy chairman Galina Nagaeva. The amount of debt will be determined in the course of settlements with creditors of the financial institution.
Among the creditors owed by Bakers are 44 legal entities and 154 individuals from November 2011 to November 2013.
Master Bank was one of the 100 largest ATM networks. In January 2014, he was declared bankrupt.
