“Bazert Development Elelpi” saved “Ukrbud Development”
12/29/2022 The Northern Economic Court of Appeal satisfied the appeal of the company “Bazert Development” Elelpi” and canceled the decision of the Economic Court of Kyiv dated 09/08/2022, which opened proceedings in case No. 910/6425/22 on Fortabud Bank (as the initiating creditor) for UAH 148.7 million (fourth stage), writes finbalance .
According to the state register, Bazert Development Elelpi is the only participant in Ukrbud Development LLC.
Earlier, it was reported about the determination of the Darnitsky District Court of Kyiv dated 01/13/2022 , which canceled the arrest of the authorized capital of Ukrbud Development LLC.
As noted, the decision was made at the request of a lawyer who acted in and in the interests of Basert Development LLP, whose beneficiary was Maxim Mykytas (NABU carried out an investigation against him).
Ukrbud Development LLC was established in 2004 to develop and support the projects of the Ukrbud corporation.
The completion of its facilities in 2019 was entrusted to Kievmiskstroy.
