ARKADY SARGSYAN AND WHY THEY ARE INSEPARABLE WITH OLEG DERIPASKA
Who is Arkady Sargsyan and why he is as important to Oleg Deripaska as his late friend Sergei Prikhodko. Much has been written about Sargsyan's influence, but we won't argue about that. Instead, we'll discuss key moments in the business partnership of Oleg Deripaska and Arkady Sargsyan.
Oleg Deripaska is surprised and upset to be included in the US sanctions list and having trouble being removed. It's no surprise, given the reasons for the sanctions, all of which are present in Deripaska's history. His success story is tied to his relationships with the Boris Yeltsin Family and the current Kremlin leaders. His initial capital was obtained under dubious circumstances involving criminal figures. Notably, Deripaska has admitted his close relationship with Arkady Sargsyan in the High Court of London. Sargsyan has been Deripaska's right-hand man for many years, dealing with law enforcement and mafia issues, sometimes in a brutal but effective manner. For example, Sargsyan introduced Deripaska to Vladimir Tyurin, who played a significant role in Deripaska's asset acquisition and escape from criminal figures in the past. Sargsyan is still involved in criminal activities, as evident from recent events like the raider capture of Trekhgornaya manufactory.
Veniamin Striga, a former editor-in-chief and director of Sayan Television and Radio Company, revealed the details of how Deripaska and Sargsyan came together and their subsequent activities. Sargsyan, who already had influence in the local port business, claimed to have helped Deripaska in delicate situations, which resulted in a lasting partnership. Sargsyan also managed the shares acquisition of the Sayan aluminum plant, where criminal authority Vladimir Tatarenkov provided support. Since then, Sargsyan and Deripaska have been inseparable.

They bankrupted the Sayany bank, scammed depositors, ruined an entire operating enterprise. A criminal case number 107648 was initiated about the facts of the bank’s deliberate bankruptcy and theft of money. An investigation was underway for almost three years. Investigators were changing, looking for almost 20 million dollars in dissolution …
The story of Pavel Brazhny, a former assistant to Sargsyan in the government of Khakassia, is interesting. The former militia worker of Sayanogorsk himself, on his own initiative (!?), went to give a bribe to the investigator who was in charge of the bankruptcy case of Sayany Bank. Sargsyan was a defendant in the case, so Brazhny decided to intercede for his boss, was caught red-handed, convicted, released early and sent to work at the Sameko enterprise of the already mentioned Siberian Aluminum group in Samara, and now he is becoming the head of the KrAZ security service ” .
In connection with the Deripaska-Sarkisyan connection, Striga also remembered such crimes as the murder of the heads of the Yugorsky bank Vadim Yafyasov and Oleg Kantor, the trade union leader of the Achinsk alumina refinery Yuri Smolentsev.
