In February, a representative of OK “Housing and Construction Cooperative” Ideal 441 “, intending to build a land plot in the village of Sofiyivska Borshchagovka, turned to the director LLC “Zemstroyinvestproekt” for consulting services.
The accused said that he had long-standing friendly relations with the head of the department of urban planning and architecture of the Borshchagovsky village council of the Buchansky district.
Further, the accused demanded 45 thousand dollars for influence on the head of the department of urban planning and architecture of the Borshchagovsky village council. He remembered that he had an acquaintance who had contact with the head of the urban planning and architecture department of the Borshchagovsky village council and decided to also involve him in his illegal scheme. The husband sent copies of the documents to a friend and asked for help.
In turn, the representative of the developer reported the crime to law enforcement agencies. During the next meeting, which was recorded, the defendant agreed to reduce his claims to $40,000. Later, the woman handed over three thousand dollars in advance and some documents. After registering documents in the department of urban planning and architecture of the village council, the man received another 17 thousand dollars and was exposed red-handed.
The citizen's actions were qualified under Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code as abuse of influence. The defendant entered into a plea agreement, which provides for a fine of 93.5 thousand hryvnia.
