Integral Group Investment and Construction Company LLC successfully bid for the sale of a special permit for geological exploration with pilot development of a quartz sand site at the Podgorny site. The site is situated 1.3 km southwest of the village of Tatsenko Obukhovsky, in the Kyiv region, for UAH 10.5 million district of the Kyiv region. The winning company is part of the “group of families” of the President of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine Lev Partskhaladze (in the collage in the center) and his cousin and head of the European Solidarity faction in the Kiev Regional Council Georgiy Tsagareishvili (in the collage on the left). The first auction took place on November 19, but the winner ShGK LLC did not pay the promised UAH 17 million for the lot, the second number Gamma Development LLC also did not buy the lot for the proposed UAH 10.020 million. with a capital of UAH 20,000 was registered on December 8, 2022, a week before the auction.

Previously, the partner of ex-people's deputy Anatoliy Shkriblyak at the Darnytsia CHPP was (probably still is) Igor Kononenko, the former “right hand” of the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Which is not surprising, because in 2017 Igor Kononenko replaced Lev Partskhaladze as head of the Kyiv territorial organization of European Solidarity. Currently, Anatoly Shkriblyak is also the owner of the Chernihiv CHP, Sumy CHP, a number of agricultural, chemical, construction and other enterprises.
