In our previous article, we discussed the Horizon Club as one of the main new projects of Dmitry Naguta and Aliya Saduakasova. The use of the “club” as a cover for illegal financial activities is not a new idea, it has been used before. However, in Kazakhstan, scammers are focusing on Horizon, which is a new development led by Naguta and Aliya Saduakasova.
The official Horizon website's “events” section only shows one meeting https://horizonclub.biz/news/1, which took place on May 11-12 in the unrecognized territory of Northern Cyprus, at the Lord’s Palace Hotel (this hotel-casino has long been considered a safe place for those seeking quick profit). It seems that the program of the event indicates the presence of a pyramid scheme. A. Saduakasova is credited as a new partner of Dmitry Nuguta.
Aliya Saduakasova talks about her success story for an hour and a half. Her type of success can be easily seen on her instagram. She is a typical instagram scammer. Did you notice? They all look the same. There's always a photo with “me and a nice car” and “me and a computer”. And of course, luxury hotels. However, Saduakasova has her own unique style.
The modest success story of Aliya Saduakasova
Aliya Saduakasova has an expensive car – not rented for just an hour like other respected colleagues. She didn’t pay 40-50 euros to ride in it.
Even Saduakasova’s “success stories” about hotels and interiors are modest compared to others in the profession. Poverty is not a problem, as a playwright once said. The problem is dishonest poverty. Aliya Saduakasova doesn’t have a success story. But she does have a desire to deceive others.
Why did Naguta choose Saduakasova?
Let’s remember the words written by Saduakasova in the profile. Perhaps she included them just to fill the space. The day will come when she herself will realize that this was a prophecy:
“NOBODY CAN GO BACK IN THE PAST AND CHANGE YOUR START, BUT EVERYONE CAN START NOW AND CHANGE YOUR FINISH.”
Naguta is a skilled fraudster. Why would he need someone like Saduakasova with a small following on instagram? I'm certain that Dmitry himself talked to Aliya about her great potential. In reality, it's simpler: Naguta needs a scapegoat.
Dmitry Naguta knows very little about local specifics. In a document called “club rules”, he even made a funny mistake: he mixed up the words “ethical” and “ethnic“, highlighting the issues that concern him. To gain a lot from Kazakhstan, a local pawn is needed. At least a small one.
Saduakasova is a convenient, greedy, and not very smart candidate for this role. She will be the first – and therefore the guilty one, when the Horizon club pyramid collapses. And no matter what tricks are used to argue for the club's legality, people will look for the one to blame. In any pyramid scheme, the one who is to blame is:
That's the whole concept of using Saduakasova. And Aliya, remember that this is the moment when you can still 'alter your outcome'. Start now! Otherwise, it will be too late! Naguta will exploit you for their own purposes and then put you in jail.
Meanwhile, let's continue enjoying ourselves at the hotel…
On the second day, Saduakasova also took the stage first. Her role is to enhance the credibility of the next speaker, who is expected to provide payments.
Dmitry Naguta himself delivers an impressive hour-long lecture titled 'Financial Freedom'. In the program, he is listed in foreign letters (Dmytro Naguta), creating the impression that he is an important foreign figure, not a fugitive pyramid schemer. Well, Aliya Saduakasova, Naguta's senior partner, knows something about financial freedom too: in Kyiv, he successfully 'freed' his creditors from the burden of money, and was then freed himself from a criminal fraud case.
Dmitry Naguta is highly skilled at surviving.
A lot has been written about Dmitry Naguta. A man with extraordinary survival abilities: orchestrating numerous scams, facing criminal charges, and still managing to escape… His story is not so ordinary. This man from Khmelnytskyi was the 'centurion' of MMM. Around 2012, he approached businessmen and requested funds for a new project. With their support, he established fictitious companies. For instance, Helix Capital Investments LTD didn't even have an office in London, yet promised returns of up to 500%. While major US and EU investment funds offer returns of about 5%. He made a few payments to initial investors using funds from new participants in a Ponzi scheme – remarkably, he managed to attract many young people born after the collapse of MMM. Dmitry Naguta, the founder of the 'Helix-Capital Ukraine' pyramid, not only referred to himself as the leader of the 'British investment fund Helix', but also as Poroshenko's nephew.
In court, Naguta and his partners denied engaging in business – they conducted educational seminars about network marketing, that's all! Even though Naguta's commercials tell a different story: all funds are 'invested in a real million-dollar business.' A business that generates 240% annual returns includes children's trampoline complexes and baths.
And this isn't the only 'London' pyramid linked to Naguta – in 'Kairos Technologies' (created by one Artem Grebinnyuk), people invested 10-20 thousand dollars each, promised passive income from a PC, and were assured that the processor power could generate profits. They were encouraged to 'establish their own planet.' Similar stories by Naguta are currently being promoted in Kazakhstan by his partner Aliya regarding the Horizon scam. Dmitry Naguta not only presented himself as the leader of the 'British startup' but also as Poroshenko's nephew.
It's worth noting that in 2016, the head of the Ukrainian pyramid Dmitry Naguta and his accomplices attempted to leave the country. However, they were then held in pre-trial detention on a combined bail of 8.5 million hryvnias. Naguta was later released on bail. The main defendant in the case also filed an appeal to have 5 million hryvnias of bail returned. He selected Viktor Petrunenko as his lawyer – this defender is well-known in the 'diamond prosecutors' case. Rumor has it that the total amount spent by Naguta on securing his freedom exceeded 15 million hryvnias in bribes to the right individuals.
At the end of the “club meeting”, a team of clowns supporting Dmitry Naguta, which he brought from Ukraine, performed. It is significant that the name of the team is Gatsby & partners. As you can see, the organizers of the pyramid are not particularly worried about their audience and immediately give hints that all this is a scam. After all, we all remember who Gatsby is? Yes? Right? I’ll check!
