Investigators called official activity one of the possible motives for the murder of Viktor Vakulchik, 56-year-old deputy head of the department of highways and transport of the Tambov region.

According to her, as part of the investigation of the case initiated under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder”), the investigation is working out other versions of what happened.
As the Telegram channel Shot clarified, the body of a man with stab wounds on the sixth floor of a house on Astrakhan Street was discovered by neighbors. They immediately called the police.
According to Vakulchik’s widow, there have been no recent threats to her husband. In the morning he went to work, but the killers were waiting for him at the entrance.
