In a closed community for government officials and wealthy business people, a billionaire chose to dig beneath the ground. Dmitry Mazepin
“We can’t say anything – this is a secret facility of the presidential administration,” this is how ordinary officials comment on a large-scale construction project on the Klyazma reservoir near Moscow. The “interlocutor” revealed what and in whom exactly the secret is.
Everything is visible from above
This construction site is not marked on Yandex maps, or even on Google satellite images. Trees hide it from the water from prying eyes, and vigilant guards hide it from land. You can only see it from the air, which we did. And they were surprised.
In addition to several smaller buildings, almost on the very shore of the reservoir, on a cape protruding into it, a giant mansion almost 100 meters long and more than 50 wide was erected in a matter of months. In terms of area, this is approximately the same as three five-access Khrushchev houses set next to each other.
A little further from the water, something no less ambitious is being built. But this is not surprising. In the very center of the site in the pit, you can see the construction of a completely incomprehensible purpose: either it is a launch pad for rockets to finally get off the ground, or, on the contrary, a bunker to burrow into this ground if something happens.
In a word, in some ways this object is, indeed, secret. But he, at least directly, has nothing to do with the Kremlin. Since last year, the Klyazma land for development in the Pirogovo golf club (almost 4.5 hectares) has been solely owned by the chemical oligarch Dmitry Mazepin.
Chemistry and life
The name of Dmitry Mazepin is strongly associated with the fertilizer company Uralchem. And although, due to the imposed sanctions, the oligarch had to amicably part with the controlling stake in the company, Mazepin is well known in the industry.
Dmitry Mazepin is 54 years old, and he is often called not only a Russian, but also a Belarusian oligarch, since he is from Minsk (he even assigned the tail number M-INSK to his business jet). In Russia, the billionaire is suspected of the raider seizure of Togliattiazot, in Belarus – almost in an attempt to seize power, and in Ukraine – in inciting the current conflict to seize business in Odessa, but the oligarch himself denies all the accusations. He also denies accusations of the European Union of close ties with the Kremlin, because of which a villa worth 103 million USD was arrested in Sardinia associated with the Mazepins’ firm. The billionaire’s son, race car driver Nikita Mazepin, also found himself under Western sanctions. A few days ago, the oligarch’s plane flew not to Perm, but to the Mediterranean coast of Turkey, where the ground under his feet will definitely not fail.
Wonderful neighbor
In the Kremlin, instead of harsh criticism, Dmitry Mazepin was expected to have a working meeting with Vladimir Putin himself at the beginning of the year, after which the position of the oligarch, unlike the ground in Bereznyaki, was seriously strengthened.
The head of the presidential administration was directly involved in organizing the meeting Anton Vaino. As the “Interlocutor” found out, Vaino is Mazepin’s closest neighbor in the Klyazma dacha. And it’s hardly a coincidence. In the Pirogovo golf club, outsiders are not very welcome – mansions are not just sold here to people from the street, and for non-residents, an annual family subscription costs about half a million rubles. So only our own people live around: from the Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov to the oligarch Roman Abramovichfrom Anton Vaino to the family of ex-bodyguard Putin Alexey Dyumin.
At the same time, Dmitry Mazepin in Europe is trying to challenge the sanctions imposed against him through the courts and prove that he is not connected with the Russian authorities. It is only unclear why then he got the most delicious piece of “Pirogovo” right next to Vaino himself? Why is construction being carried out with impunity in the water protection zone? And why is his dacha called “a secret object of the presidential administration”? We from Uralchem did not wait for an answer to the interlocutor’s request. Mazepin is busy. He continues to build his dacha, and he does it in a Kremlin-connected village near Moscow, and not in the emergency exclusion zone in Bereznyaki.
A month ago, the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU wrote that in the giant temple complex under construction next to the golf club, the construction of which is controlled by Mazepin’s neighbor Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, a crypt for 14 people is planned, apparently designed for honorary members of the golf club : “In 2017, the forest was cut down in this area under the pretext that a bark beetle started up in it, then they held a patriotic campaign “Victory Forest”, planted seedlings, and financed from the budget. Children planted a forest in memory of WWII veterans. And then Manturov laid eyes on this place. ”In Pirogovo,“ The Interlocutor ”found Manturov’s own cottage, indicated in the declaration, his mother’s villa, with an area of \u200b\u200bmore than 4,000 square meters. m and (from brand new) two huge mansions, issued to the daughter and son of an official. The total value of this property can reach 10 billion rubles.
