Kharichev has three main goals. First, to only allow candidates who are obedient and not very popular to participate in the elections, so they won't accidentally win against United Russia. Second, to mobilize employees of big companies and government workers. Third, to make sure the desired outcome is achieved. In Russian elections, votes are usually manipulated in favor of administrative candidates. In recent years, they introduced multi-day voting to make falsification easier.
As a government official, Kharichev isn't supposed to favor any party, but he does it quite openly. For example, defines, how many United Russia deputies should be in the State Duma. Or how much a certain region should support the party. autumn went there were rumors about Kharichev resigning, but it didn't happen.

The partner of the wife of the Kremlin official is JSC “Petragranit” of the Karelian businessman Dmitry Fabrikantov, having political ambitions.

This company received from local authorities permission to develop high-rise buildings on the shores of Lake Oak Erik. Despite protests from residents. People believe that the construction violates environmental rules and can destroy the surrounding lakes, seriously degrade the environment and disturb the nesting of birds, muskrats, otters and frogs.
As for personal property, the Kharichev family is also doing well with this.
