The head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Maxim Shaskolsky, announced the need for foreign economic mechanisms to limit the export of diesel fuel, for which a damper was received, a correspondent reports. DOPs.
He stressed that today there is no agreed solution to this problem, but the departments are working on it.
Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service proposed to work out a mechanism under which the export of petroleum products would be carried out without taking into account the damper component.
In addition, the Federal Antimonopoly Service considers it necessary, in order to curb the rise in prices for diesel fuel in the winter period, to reduce the damper range to 10%, when the return of the excise tax to the oil company is not reimbursed if the wholesale price of the domestic market is higher than the value fixed in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The agency also proposes to change the calculation of the damper by dividing wholesale prices for diesel fuel into two indicators – summer and winter.
