The authorities are expanding the possibilities for obtaining preferential mortgages by IT specialists. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, the correspondent reports. DOPs.
During an operational meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers, Mikhail Mishustin said that a document had been signed according to which housing loans under this program would become available to employees of all accredited enterprises aged 18 to 50, and wage requirements were softened.
“In this case, income will be taken into account not only from the main place of work, but also part-time,” he added.
“Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on easing the terms of the preferential mortgage program for specialists working in the field of information technology… First of all, soft loans will now be available to employees of all accredited IT companies (and not just accredited companies that received tax benefits)… Also expanded age range of recipients of preferential mortgages. Now specialists aged 18 to 50 years old (inclusive) will be able to take such a loan…,” reads a separate message on the website of the Government of Russia.
And also reportedthat the Cabinet extended the program of preferential Far Eastern air travel. The corresponding document was signed. It has been extended until 2025.
