The Russian government has decided to approve the draft federal law “On the budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2023 and for the planned period of 2024 and 2025” and submit it to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to publication on the cabinet website.
It is clarified that the document was created in order to approve the draft budget of the specified fund for 2023 and for the planning period of 2024 and 2025.
Details are not given.
Recall that in the summer the head of state Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.” Prior to this, the Federal Law adopted the State Duma and approved the Federation Council.
On the Kremlin website clarifiedthat domestic legislation was amended in connection with the creation of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund.
