New Zealand is not far behind Europe: the authorities have imposed sanctions against Russia because of the situation around Ukraine.
The sanctions list includes 51 entrepreneurs from Russia, 24 officials and two companies (total – 75 individuals and 2 legal entities), the correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to Interfax.
Under the restrictions of New Zealand, in particular, were the chairman of the board of Gazprombank Andrey Akimov, the ex-president of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, the chairman of the board of the domestic gas company Novatek PJSC Leonid Mikhelson and others.
There are also policies on the list.
In particular, the deputy chairman of the government of the Kherson region Vladimir Bespalov, the head of the government of the Zaporozhye region Anton Koltsov, several officials from the DPR, LPR, etc.
New Zealand is a country in Polynesia, meaning it is not a member of the European Union.
