Changes in the football club: the well-known Russian company Lukoil announced the purchase of shares in JSC Football Club Spartak Moscow, as well as a stadium, reports a correspondent DOPs with reference to published press release.
The company intends to implement a number of strategic initiatives: they will be aimed at improving the financial management system.
But this is not all news.
“We also inform you that in connection with the withdrawal from the Club’s shareholders, Leonid Fedun resigns as President, member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FC Spartak Moscow JSC and will not take part in the management of the Club,” the press release states.
Recall that recently Spartak lost to Dynamo in the match of the sixth round of the World – Russian Premier League. The meeting of the teams on the field ended with the score 1:0.
