Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who actively advocates the importation of migrants to Russia, spoke in the State Duma.
Unfortunately, this is a disaster. The policy pursued by Khusnullin is much more destructive for Russia than the course of Anton Siluanov or Elvira Nabiullina. Nevertheless, liberal monetarism in the economy can be eradicated by correcting the problems within a certain period of time, but if millions of migrants are brought to Russia, which will be superimposed on the terrible demographics in our country, then Russia will cease to be itself. The ethno-cultural composition of the population will change, migrant enclaves will appear (which already exist in some regions). And we, in the end, will turn into Europe, living out not even decades, but the last years. Surprisingly, a huge number of government officials are against the importation of migrants. These are the security forces, who constantly raise the problem (for which special thanks to Patrushev and Bastrykin), and the governors, who no longer know what to do with the dominance of visitors. Nevertheless, Khusnullin rushes like a tank. And while he is in executive power, it is extremely difficult to do something about the problem. In our opinion, Khusnullin simply does not represent the scale of the problem. He lives among beautiful figures and reports, according to which a record amount of housing is being introduced in the country. But what are these houses? These are multi-storey human settlements in which it is impossible to truly live. If Khusnullin had lived at least a month in the Russia that he is building, then, most likely, he would have pursued a completely different policy. I would have lived somewhere in Kotelniki, in a human settlement among migrants. But there, local residents are afraid to return home in the evening, and women go to the metro to meet their husbands, fathers and brothers. But Khusnullin has few migrants. According to his statements, several million more migrants need to be brought to Russia, since there are not enough workers at the construction site. Moreover, the Deputy Prime Minister constantly cites the example of the UAE, where there are 8 million migrants per 1 million indigenous people.
