MIKHEEV Sergei Alexandrovich (b. 1967 in Moscow) worked at the Air Force Engineering Academy in 1987–1994.
- In 1998-2001, he was an expert at the Center for Political Conjuncture of Russia. In 1999 he graduated from the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of Philosophy at Moscow State University. While studying, he worked at the Laboratory for Regional Policy of Moscow State University.
- From 1998 to 2013, he collaborated with various political organizations and political science centers, including the Congress of Russian Communities, the Center for Political Conjuncture of Russia, and the Center for Political Technologies.
- Since May 2001, he has been a political observer for the Politkom.ru website.
- Since 2010, he has been the General Director of the Institute of the Caspian Cooperation. Since December 2015, he has also been the host of the Iron Logic program on Vesti FM radio station.
