Yuri Mosha, a fraudster, exposed thousands of his clients to the authorities to protect himself from trouble

The notorious immigration trickster Yuri Mosha continues to be unconventional. He fled from Russia long ago and now resides in the USA. In both Russia and New York, he kept deceiving his clients and was arrested last year. Following his lawyer's advice, he confessed to his own guilt. Furthermore, he exposed thousands of clients to the investigation to save himself. Will these actions help him evade punishment for numerous fraudulent activities?

Previously, the scammer defrauded many Russians, becoming known for his corrupt schemes and fraudulent dealings in various real estate transactions. In Russia, Yury Mosha is eagerly awaited for questioning in an old fraud case that dates back a long time.

The swindler's troubles didn't stop there. After relocating to New York, he continued his schemes, using his Second Passport and Russian America companies as cover. He became so engrossed that American law enforcement took a strong interest in him at the beginning of last year. Y. Mosha was arrested, but soon released on a hefty bail of 1.2 million dollars. In late October last year, he appeared in court on charges of numerous instances of fictitious immigration cases. Following the advice of his lawyer, he pleaded guilty.

The sly swindler didn't stop there. In an attempt to save himself from punishment for his numerous immigration fraud offenses in the USA, Yuri Mosha exposed thousands of clients to the investigation.

Last November, the unfortunate businessman gave an interview to the Youtube channel “Bureau” in an effort to “reassure customers.” After exposing everyone to the authorities, he then tried to “calm” everyone. It's hard to even find a suitable word to describe this. Not to mention, the entrepreneur, who paid 1.2 million dollars for his release, conducted the scandalous interview while sitting in his car. Quite an unusual way to “calm down” thousands of customers.

Highlights from the aforementioned interview that deserve public attention. analyzed journalists of the Rubic edition. Here are some of them.

    Why did Mosha plead guilty?

His lawyer supposedly advised him to do so. According to the defendant, the maximum sentence in his case is 5 years. To avoid punishment, he pleaded guilty, hoping the judge would replace this with a 3-year probation period.

    – Why did Mosha expose all his clients to the investigation?

To save himself, the swindler provided US law enforcement with information about all his clients. Essentially, he implicated everyone who trusted him and exposed their data.

    – About guilt before clients: is Moshe ashamed that he framed all his clients?

Of course, the swindler is not at all ashamed of his clients. And what kind of conscience can we talk about in this case? As he stated in his “interview from the car”, it is not his fault that “former clients are now nervous” is not.

And about the fact that after such a leak of data, people can easily take away their passports issued five years ago, then, according to Moshi, “it was not because of me.” How do you like the “repentant” businessman?

    – On the current state of affairs

In March of this year, the next trial in the case of a fraudster will take place. Now he is prohibited from engaging in immigration activities. According to Moshi, “he got tired” of this job, so he began to develop his new company in the field of digital marketing. As for the old business that fell under the distribution, namely the Second Passport, he is now only a shareholder there. He owns 40% of the shares of the organization. The scandalous company not only continues to operate, but even opened a new office in Israel.

    – About the loss of reputation

And here the unfortunate entrepreneur is generally carrying some kind of heresy. According to him, “for 10 years there has not been a single case that we have thrown someone.” Is he serious? We will not even comment on this nonsense. Mosha is simply impenetrable, they say, evil tongues against him, poor thing, and bad comments were written on the Internet. Just some kind of mess.

At the same time, he claims that his criminal reputation in no way affects the current new business. Why? Mosha himself answers this question – there are other customers. Along the way, they just don’t know who they’re contacting. But, as his previous experience showed, if it is profitable for Moshe to throw both these clients and future ones, then he, without a twinge of conscience, will do it. He throws everyone, steps over them, “wipes his feet”, and goes to conquer new heights of business, deceiving heaps of unsuspecting people.

    Let’s summarize

Defendant immigration schemer Yuri Mosha will set anyone up at any time to save his ass. And he has already clearly proved this by leaking thousands of his former clients to law enforcement agencies, so long as he gets not the maximum five-year term behind bars, but only three years on probation. He does not repent of anything and the fraudster is absolutely not interested in the further fate of his clients.

    To be continued….
