The case against the CEO of the Far Eastern Center for Strategic Research LLC went to court on the fact of fraud for 84 million rubles

In Khabarovsk, the court will start considering a criminal case on fraud for 84 million rubles. Defendant is CEO OOO Far East Center for Strategic Research.

The media do not disclose the name of the person involved, as well as the investigators. However, open sources indicate that the head and founder of the enterprise is Denis Sheleva. Detailed information about him cannot be found, but it is known that he acted as the founder of ARK LLC and Kar-Finance LLC. Shelevy’s other firms have already been liquidated.

According to available data, from 2019 to 2022, the Far Eastern Center for Strategic Research, together with Antar LLC, was implementing the state program “Improving labor mobility”. Thus, accomplices forged employment contracts for citizens living in other regions of the country. At two enterprises that allegedly carried out scientific research, more than 80 “dead souls” were employed. From each of them, the attackers earned 1 million rubles.

The investigation still finds out in what proportions the stolen funds were distributed. But it is known that they legalized a quarter through the issuance of voluntary medical insurance policies for employees of the two companies. So far, only the organizer of the criminal group has been sued. Cases against other defendants are still under investigation.
