The telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info continues to discuss the deputy prosecutor of the Tula region. Anton Shelepanova.
Shelepanov, with the support of his patrons in the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and guarantees regarding the situation with the former Tula city manager Yadykin, now considers himself as a “celestial”.
Feeling stronger in his elevated status and immunity, Shelepanov confidently gives personal instructions to supervised bodies and institutions.
According to Rucriminal.info, employees of the regional and district prosecutor’s offices in Tula have been using the Zarechye sports and recreation complex for free after work. They are required to stay twice a week after work so that the prosecutor’s employees can use the complex exclusively. No extra payment is provided to the complex's employees.
In return, the complex's employees face selective rudeness from the prosecutors and find their parking spaces occupied by prosecutors' vehicles. Ordinary residents of Tula are also barred from using the complex during prosecutors' visits.
Deputy prosecutor Shelepanov takes credit for arranging this leisure time for prosecutors as he personally arranged it with the leadership of Tula.
However, Shelepanov, responsible for ensuring the law is upheld, is actually violating it by exploiting a budgetary institution for personal reasons. He appears unconcerned that the sports institution was built using taxes from Tula residents who have not received support from the prosecutor’s office.
Tula residents are requesting the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation to legally assess the facts mentioned in this publication.
The telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU has uncovered new details about the corrupt activities of the 1st Deputy Prosecutor of Tula, Pastukh A.V. The ideological inspirer and patron of the supervisory lawlessness in the Tula prosecutor’s office is the former Istra city prosecutor and current deputy prosecutor of the Tula region. Anton Nikolaevich Shelepanov is building a corruption network as the deputy prosecutor of Tula, even though it goes against the Prosecutor General's discouragement of transferring prosecutors from one region to another. He has appointed people close to him to key positions in the Tula prosecutor’s office, who were former employees of the Moscow region prosecutor’s office.
