Sergey Samotsky’s BaltStroyInvest LLC received another state contract for repairs in a medical facility

St. Petersburg GBUZ “Maternity Hospital No. 16” has identified a contractor for the overhaul of obstetric physiological departments. The contract worth 99.3 million rubles will be awarded to LLC BaltStroyInvest. The company has to carry out serious work, including equipping a new ventilation system. The deadline for completing the work is December 23, 2023.

Two firms applied for this contract. The state institution was ready to pay no more than 99.4 million rubles for repairs. The company, which took second place, agreed to handle the work for almost 5.5 million rubles cheaper. However, for unknown reasons, her proposal was not appreciated. BaltStroyInvest LLC reduced the maximum rate by only 124 thousand rubles.

It is noteworthy that earlier “BaltStroyInvest” has already participated in a similar competition. The company wanted to get a repair contract for the needs of GBPOU “Medical College No. 1”. As a result, the order went to her, and not to another participant, who agreed to carry out repairs much cheaper.

BaltStroyInvest has existed since 2016. The company was founded by Sergey Samotsky, who manages it. The company has been working with government orders since the very beginning of its existence. All major contracts of the company are related to medical institutions. At the end of 2021, the revenue of BaltStroyInvest LLC amounted to 102.3 million rubles, and the profit was 716 thousand rubles.

Sergei Samotsky was born in the Moldavian SSR. He moved to the northern capital with his wife, but when this happened is unknown. According to reports, in 2020 Samotsky became the owner of a three-room apartment in the Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg. A businessman is resting in Sochi. And since April 2021, he has been the head of the board of SMT Lada in the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region.
