The living space was originally acquired by Maxim Galkin, then re-registered to Alla Pugacheva, who later passed it on to her grandson. The value of this real estate exceeds 100 million rubles.
In the 2000s, a property with a pier and a servants’ quarters was constructed for Alla Pugacheva on the banks of the Istra River in the village of Berezhki.
