Moscow sells “royal apartment” designed by Zurab Tsereteli for 440 million
An apartment for 440 million is put up for sale near the Aeroport metro station. For this money, the buyer will become the happy owner of 233 meters of gold, velvet, columns, stucco and monograms.
The seller claims that Zurab Tsereteli had a hand in the imperial design: the apartment contains frescoes and bas-reliefs created according to his sketches under his supervision. The apartment has 6 rooms (perhaps one of them is for a water disco).
