In Buryatia, entrepreneurs staged a thrashingEcoAllianceat”. Regoperator, in their opinion, is unreasonably shaking them with inflated tariffs for the removal of MSW. Attempts to negotiate with the organization failed, so small business owners are forced to go to court.

After the introduction of the waste reform, the burden on the budget of Buryatia increased due to requests “EcoAlliancea”, but the work of the reoperator can hardly be called efficient. No matter how much the company shakes money from customers, the quality of its work does not improve. On social networks, local residents constantly complain about the non-collection of garbage.

And the difference seems to be quite significant. According to public figures, they received about a hundred complaints from representatives of small businesses.

In 2021, social activists applied to the Supreme Court to recognize the decision as unfounded, and on February 17, 2022, the decision came into force. Business owners tried to negotiate with “EcoAllianceohm”, offering to charge a fee for garbage after the fact, and not according to the decision. But in response they were refused, as a result of which they now have to spend their time and nerves in the courts. According to representatives of the ONF, at the moment the new standards are being agreed, but how justified they are is still an open question.
