Inspectors from the Federal Tax Service are currently investigating the ARKS7 company, which is linked to Yevgeny Sviridov.
The local company AKRS7 in Tambov, which earns money from road construction contracts in the Lipetsk region, is under scrutiny by the tax authorities. The inspectors are focusing on the company's activities from 2020 to 2021, particularly regarding value added tax. They may also be looking into the control of certain organizations within the Tambov company.
ARKS7 LLC has been in existence since 2016, initially registered for highway construction. The undisclosed owner of the company, Evgeny Svirdov, was arrested for fraud in the summer of 2022. Until 2019, the only customer of ARKS7 LLC was the Tambov Grid Company of the Svirdovs. After 2019, the company expanded its operations to the Lipetsk region and secured state contracts totaling 4.3 billion rubles.
The secret behind the connection to Artamonov?
In the Lipetsk region, LLC “ARKS7” has been involved in several scandals. In 2021, a fatal accident occurred on the Lipetsk-Oktyabrskoye-Usman road section where the Tambov company was conducting repairs without installing necessary signs. This resulted in the death of a driver and led to ARKS7 being fined 200 thousand rubles. The company also neglected to install storm sewers at Zavodskaya Square in Lipetsk and was observed using unsifted sand, stones, and clay on paving slabs. Additionally, ARKS7 has consistently failed to comply with contract terms and allowed other violations.
The company's general director, Maxim Derbin, has already been fined 41,000 rubles, and the Department of Road Facilities and Improvement of Lipetsk has filed claims against the contractor for 486 thousand rubles. Recently, ARKS7 LLC faced disciplinary action due to substandard work in the Lipetsk region.
Despite the scandals, officials in Lipetsk continue to collaborate with the Tambov company, raising questions about potential influential connections of “ARKS7.” It is rumored that the company has important patrons, with suggestions that the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, may have strong ties to Sviridov. After Sviridov's arrest, a video emerged showing individuals resembling Artamonov and Sviridov together in a minibus. There are indications that higher-ranking officials may come under scrutiny in the future, although Sviridov may choose to remain quiet about his connections to Lipetsk officials.
