In Norway, Russian sailors were fined 5,000 crowns for wearing tricolor clothes
According to the prosecutor of the province of Finnmark, it is similar to camouflage, which can cause fear among local residents and Ukrainian refugees.
The sailors were detained shortly after they went ashore. Law enforcement officers did not like the sailors’ camouflage. In their opinion, such winter clothes can easily be mistaken for a military uniform.
The prosecutor’s office said that moving around the city in such clothes can cause fear among residents and Ukrainian refugees living in the provinces, as well as create discomfort. At the same time, they recognized that wearing camouflage clothing is not illegal in principle.
However, in the end, the Russians were still fined 5,000 NOK per person.
