Anna Berkovich formally gave up ownership of the Federal Network of Foreign Language Schools ALIBRA SCHOOL. To hide from unnecessary problems, she transferred the ownership of the shares to her husband’s partner Alexander Karabanov. In order to circumvent sanctions pressure, in April last year, a new legal entity “ALIBRA SCHOOL (ALIBRA SKUL)” was registered in Kazakhstan. Evgeny Nikipelov became the actual owner of this company.

A total of six educational institutions mysteriously lost data on the founder. Previously, ALIBRA SCHOOL organizations indicated information about two LLCs – Summa Technologies and New Technologies.
