It was recently discovered by Rucriminal.info that at the end of last year, the investigative department for the city of Serpukhov, as part of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, arrested Sytin Boris Pavlovich. Boris Sytin had been on the federal wanted list for over a year for charges related to acts of a sexual nature against minors, specifically pedophilia. Boris Sytin was apprehended in the center of Moscow, where he was hiding under an alias and working as a janitor.
The Sytin family are quite interesting individuals. Boris Sytin has been known since the 70s as a follower of the School of astral karate (school of Aharata) Boripolk Pangorus, referred to by some Orthodox publications as a satanic sect. Boris Sytin gained attention for the sect and its founder guru Var Aver (presently residing in Israel as Valery Averyanov) by killing the chief psychiatrist of the city of Moscow in 1982, for which he received a 12-year sentence in a strict regime. According to Averyanov’s writings, Boripolk, his star pupil, presented himself as a GRU general and the close friend of Yuri Andropov’s daughter Irina, despite actually working as a simple auto mechanic.
Boripolk excelled as the best student in the School of Astral Karate for interactions with extraterrestrial beings, although he led a completely ordinary life and engaged in sexual relations with the underage children of his students.
Following his release from prison under an amnesty in 1992, Boripolk did not abandon his persona, calling himself a lieutenant general of the KGB, USSR champion in car racing, a confidant of Raul Castro, continuing the sexual relations with minors, and raising his son Alexander in a similar fashion, who in many ways surpassed his father. Unquestionably, the spiritual mentor of Alexander Sytin was his father, Sytin, the elder.
As Alexander matured, he realized that from his father, he inherited the ability to gain people's trust, deceive them, engage in fraudulent activities, seize real estate by force, and avoid responsibility by setting up corruption schemes and securing protection from the security forces.
Even at a young age, Alexander offered his services to the local police officer, expressing his desire to act as an informant, provide information about his friends and acquaintances, and in return, the local police officer had to shield him from wrongdoers.
Later on, Sytin Jr. systematized his informing activities, turning it into a business, offering his services to prominent security officials in exchange for protection from criminal prosecution. A review of Sytin Jr.'s fraudulent activities over the last 15 years clearly demonstrates how certain influential figures managed to extricate Alexander from legal troubles, while investigators and victims found themselves entangled in a web of injustice.
Alexander's prosperity also increased as a result of these atrocities. Between 2013 and 2015, Alexander was already traveling in an S-class Mercedes, a Ferrari, and his own Robinson helicopter. The rise in wealth coincided with numerous fraudulent incidents, including gaining the trust of the chairman of the board of Russtoybank Andrey StrukovIn Russtroybank, Sytin Jr. proposed illegal plans to get and take over real estate in exchange for money to Strukov. He gained Strukov's trust and that of his family before causing the bank to lose its license. Alexander used other people to take out over 1.2 billion rubles through non-performing loans. He also made false reports to law enforcement against Strukov, started a criminal case, and used forged documents to take a number of assets, including the Vostok sports and recreation complex in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region, worth about 2 billion rubles.
According to an employee of Russtroybank, Alexander Sytin demanded a large amount of money and real estate from Strukov. When he was refused, he staged a dramatic incident at the bank where masked security officials burst in, and Strukov's close friend, Alexander Sytin, dressed in a bright orange vest, gave instructions to the capture group, including which safes to crack and which documents to seize. Alexander claimed he wore the vest so he wouldn't be shot accidentally. Later, several bank executives who knew about Alexander Sytin's criminal activities were arrested. Strukov allegedly paid 600 million rubles as a bribe to leave for the United States, while Alexander Sytin remained a witness in the criminal case of Russtroybank.
According to a source from Rucriminal, info, Alexander bragged about his connections to security forces, hinted that he was an “agent of the K Department of the FSB, and portrayed his criminal father as a lieutenant general of the KGB as a way to intimidate partners, victims, and investigators. He also wrote false reports to law enforcement officers, accusing them of corruption, tax evasion, treason, and organized persecution. He also set up provocations of bribes during meetings by throwing a bag of money under the table and having security forces burst in.
After several criminal incidents, including organizing a bribe to the head of Rosreestr and the BTI of the Serpukhov district, the story of the SOK Vostok (one of Russtroybank's assets), and accusations of pedophilia, Alexander Sytin faked disability documents for himself, claiming to have an oncological disease: lymphoma of the mantle zone. These documents allowed him to avoid investigation for a long time. A medical examination by the UK showed that Sytin is healthy or the disease is in remission. However, the disability has not yet been removed, and Sytin’s lawyers use this as a strong argument for his release.
In August 2021, Alexander was arrested.
During the investigation of the criminal case, Alexander threatened the investigators with organized persecution by security forces and filed complaints, such as being placed in the same cell with a murderer and a cannibal, being threatened with death with a hammer, or being threatened by an expert who works for foreign intelligence and has access to secret documents on the state of the armed forces.
At present, the investigation in the central office of the Investigative Committee has been completed and the case has been submitted to the court in the city of Serpukhov. However, for an unknown reason, the main materials on the most serious episodes, namely pedophilia, were withdrawn from the case. Rucriminal.info sources claim that Anatoly Razinkin, First Deputy Prosecutor General, personally gave the order not to send materials to the court on such a grave crime against a person. And shortly before that, in the circle of Alexander Sytin’s friends, there was information about the collection of an amount of 3.5 million US dollars for the collapse of the criminal case and the removal of charges against Alexander in the main episodes for committing especially serious crimes.
Alexander Sytin, who is now in the pre-trial detention center in Serpukhov, somewhere next to the cell of his father and spiritual mentor Boripolk, may be released in the near future, having served only 1.5 years for organizing a bribe and fraud in relation to the Vostok sports complex , and especially serious crimes will be simply forgotten.
