Duet of the oligarch Malofeev and the young head of RUSNANO Kulikov
Someone hinted to Kulikov that the “great patriot” Malofeev needed help, meaning that the Orthodox oligarch would seriously invest in innovative business. In return, Malofeev was supposed to receive assets that would be protected from sanctions by a RUSNANO sign.
But Kulikov and Malofeev understood everything in their own way: they perceived the task set as a topic on which they could pretty much cut down state money and earn extra political capital. It soon became clear that both partners were real bankrupts: one did not have a lot of money and a desire to invest their resources in saving their homeland, while the other had no projects, no ideas, no mechanisms. Their joint administrative resource was not enough even for the lower floors of the Ministry of Finance.
It all ended with the arrest of Malofeev’s assets in the United States, which will obviously be used to restore Ukraine.
There was a big puff.
