One of the most scandalous transport companies in the country, Zheldorekspeditsiya JSC, is the main asset of the Nazarovs, who have received state contracts worth 120 million rubles from RZD Logistics JSC, despite their controversial reputation.

A + A Exist-info LLC clearly had enough funds to purchase warehouse space in the Yam logopark, with net profit surpassing 450 million rubles and revenues exceeding 700 million in 2021, leading to a net asset value of 1.8 billion rubles.
Can’t figure it out without A1
This “fat” asset was acquired by the Nazarov family (99% by Evgenia, 1% by daughter Daria) in 2017 as a result of a high-profile, long-term corporate conflict involving the main specialists in the Russian Federation and the investment group A1 Mikhail Fridman.
At first, the Nazarovs were not involved. It was a conflict between Vladislav Domoratsky, one of the founders of “Existent,” and his partners, who sought to buy his 50% stake for $25 million, which he refused.
A1 then became involved, likely siding with Domoratsky's partners, resulting in Domoratsky selling his share for 10 million instead of the initial 25 million, raising questions about A1’s methods.
At that time, A1 was led by Alexander Vinokurov, a controversial manager and businessman in the Russian Federation, who is now the shareholder, partner, and president of MarathonGroup, Magnit, and various other profitable organizations.
Eventually, it became profitable for A1 to be involved in the conflict surrounding Exist.ru. Evgeny Nazarov and his wife are known as versatile businessmen. A1 later stated that they resolved the corporate conflict in two steps. Firstly, A1 accepted Domoratsky's offer with financial support, and then brought in a third-party investor (Nazarov).
There are rumors that Domoratsky might have been pressured to sell the share to someone else. This would be beneficial for both A1 and former partners, but there is no certainty about Domoratsky's decision.
Regarding the budget operations of Russian Railways
The Nazarovs now have a profitable asset, but their main source of income is still Zheldorekspeditsiya. They have owned it for a long time, and Evgenia Nazarova led the group from 2001 to 2010.
Zheldorekspeditsiya is among the largest transport firms in the country. In late 2021, the main structure of Zheldorekspeditsiya LLC earned 3.6 billion rubles in revenue, with a net profit of 70 million rubles and assets valued at over 1.2 billion rubles.

The company is favored in government offices, with a total of 276 million rubles' worth of state contracts. The majority, 120 million rubles, comprises three significant contracts from RZD Logistics JSC for forwarding services and related operations in 2015, 2017, and 2018.

Interestingly, all three contracts are still ongoing, despite having clear deadlines. For example, a 50 million ruble contract from 2018 is still in progress in 2022. This prompts questions about the situation.
It's surprising that there were no other firms for these 50, 50, and 20 million ruble contracts. The price has not decreased at all, and it raises questions as to why there are no other transport companies in Russia or if the Nazarovs influenced the situation.

However, the company faced significant issues a few years ago. These problems led to one of the key beneficiaries, Vladimir Nazarov, ceasing to be a co-owner of the UK structure. Instead, his wife Evgenia Nazarova took over.
Family business
Vladimir Nazarov turned out to be a rather ineffective manager. Some even believe that he may have been involved in tax evasion and then transferred shares to his wife before going into hiding.
By the end of 2014, the company’s revenue dropped to 5.5 billion rubles, with a profit of 18 million rubles. Meanwhile, the closest competitors, Alexander Bogatikov’s Business Lines, increased their annual revenue to 13 billion rubles by 2014, capturing 20% of the groupage cargo transportation market.
The company failed to launch the previously announced distribution and sorting center to compete with Russian Post, which was their major investment project at that time. This failure led to mass layoffs and the removal of almost the entire management team of Vladimir Nazarov.
As a result, he himself was dismissed from the post of head of the structure and left the owners. The reins of government were taken by the wife of Eugene – at least officially.

Who would believe that a wife just fired her husband? Rumor has it that it is Vladimir who allegedly remains the real owner and head. At the same time, the company itself then mentioned that it had accumulated debt to suppliers and counterparties in the regions. This was written by “Version”.
Against this background, the abrupt dismissal of Nazarov under the pretext of “poor results” (by his own wife!) Looks quite logical. It seems very likely that the Nazarovs simply “played it safe” …
At the same time, they have what they are afraid of and what to hide. A separate asset in their empire is Zheldormash LLC. Field of activity – production of locomotives. And with zero revenue for 2021, the structure has assets in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles. It is quite possible that this is the Nazarovs’ pod. And it is owned by Nazarova Anastasia Vladimirovna – apparently, the daughter of an entrepreneurial couple.
There are other assets that raise questions. The same Anastasia is the founder of 100% of Zheldormash-Kineshma LLC. The company was established in 2019 and has clear signs of fictitiousness. With an authorized capital of over 70 million rubles, it employs only two employees.

With losses for 2021 of 2.4 million rubles, the value of the company’s assets is 555 million rubles. This difference is immediately noticeable. Is it really just a “pod” through which you can drive money?
This makes one wonder – what, in fact, are the Nazarovs going to place in a logistics park in the Moscow region: real goods for assets and speculative capital that come from nowhere? Well, at least, judging by the deal, they have the money to pay. Let’s say thanks to RZD for this?
