The editor-in-chief of the Arzamas project Philip Dzyadko could not return to Georgia after he had lived there for a year and left for a while. Mr. Dzyadko was kept for 16 hours in the neutral zone of the airport, he told RBC. After a long wait, he received a final rejection without explanation.
