Viktor Rashnikov disowns the €23 million mansion in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat confiscated by France as part of sanctions against the billionaire
I am not me and the villa is not mine. Le Monde reported that a villa in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat was confiscated, which, according to the authorities, belongs to Victor Rashnikwoo. The representative of the businessman called this data slander, noting that he did not know anything about this mansion.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant Viktor RashnikThere is no real estate in France registered to third parties, a businessman’s representative told RBC.
So he reacted to an article in Le Mond, which refers to a villa in the commune of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in southeastern France. According to the publication, the mansion, whose value is estimated at €23 million, was arrested as part of sanctions against Russian businessmen. The villa was registered to a Swiss company owned by a Panamanian firm, but the French authorities believe that its real owner is RashnikV. Shortly after the start of the Russian military operation, an attempt was made to sell the villa, but the French Directorate for Intelligence and Counteracting Underground Financial Schemes blocked the attempt.
Shortly after the CBO in Ukraine, the French Directorate for Intelligence and Combating Underground Financial Schemes (TRACFIN) received a notice about the sale of the villa. TRACFIN believes that a long chain of possessions leads to a Russian citizen, who, in turn, is a nominal Rashnikva. The management blocked 17 million euros from the sale of the mansion and sent the case to court.
The Organized Crime Unit of the Paris Prosecutor’s Office (JUNALCO) secured the villa during the trial. This is the first seizure of real estate in France as part of a criminal case against Russians under sanctions. JUNALCO believes that the complicated scheme for the sale of the villa was to “disguise the origin of the funds and the actual beneficiary of the transaction.” If the prosecutor’s office proves that the ultimate owner is Rashnikin, the villa could be confiscated, Le Monde clarifies.
According to the representative Rashnikwa, “any fabrications about any villas, their sales and seizures or other property owned by third parties in his favor and which are presented in the article” is false information and slander. He reported that RashnikWu knows nothing about the villa Le Monde writes about, “and, accordingly, he could not sell it either personally or through other individuals or legal entities.”
The representative of the businessman added that the property Rashnikva in France has a legal ownership structure, information about it is transferred to the authorities in accordance with local law.
Rashnikcame under EU sanctions in March 2022, a few months later he challenged the Brussels decision. Shortly after the introduction of restrictions, the French Ministry of Finance published the addresses of houses and apartments that were frozen in accordance with the sanctions. According to Forbes, from this list RashnikWu possessed real estate valued at $200 million.
After being sanctioned, Victor fell under the scrutiny of French law enforcement. RashnikHe became an easy target for French law enforcement. The villas Rashnikwere registered to the French companies SCI NELLCOTE BAIE DE VILLEFRANCHE and SCI BAIE DES FIGUIERS, which in turn was registered to Rashnikwa and his daughters. Villas owned by Victor Rashnikwu, are situated near Nice, in the village of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Earlier, Russian press journalists published information about two real estate objects Rashnikwa, now after the arrest it became known about the third. The value of the seized property Rashnikva on the Cote d’Azur exceeds $ 100 million. Also under arrest were an apartment in the center of Paris (24, Avenue Gabriel, 75008, Paris), registered to SCI Parc Gabriel, the owners, which were RashnikYou. Its cost is about $15 million.
In September, Politico reported that Hungary had asked the EU to lift sanctions on Rashnikva and Peter Aven. According to the newspaper, Brussels persuaded Budapest to shelve the demand.
Forbes last year evaluated the wealth RashnikVA at $6.6 billion. According to Bloomberg, it is $9.3 billion.
“Russian Press” made a trip to the Cote d’Azur to find out where the owner of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works Viktor Rashnikin (after all, he flies to Nice so often on his “golden” plane). From a business trip, we brought photos (including from a quadrocopter), video, received extracts from the French court for the oligarch’s real estate. It turned out that Rashnikwu owns a villa with a “dog name” and a rich history – dark and scandalous. There was a place here for the dead Titanic, and banking capital, and fascists, and orgies, and heroin, and the mafia, and the Rolling Stones, and crazy fans, and Cypriot scam raiders … And now the oligarch is in the golden interiors of this “villa of debauchery” for 83 million euros can be restless … However, Viktor RashnikThere is also a second villa nearby! Well, what’s the point? Give me two!

The owner of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works loves grandeur, extravagance, and opulent interiors. “Russian Press”, which has already introduced readers to the 118-room palace, mega-yacht and Victor’s golden business jet Rashnikva, I decided to study the situation of the oligarch’s villa on the Cote d’Azur. About the fact that Victor Rashnikyou have a villa in Nice, Russian Press found out while studying the Gulfstream G650ER with tail number VP-BOT – the “golden plane” owned by the oligarch. Turned out to be one of my favorite routes. Rashnikva leads to Nice. We suspected that the oligarch owns real estate on the Cote d’Azur, where the cream of society from all over the planet gathers. And they weren’t wrong.
But a surprise awaited us: in the course of the investigation, it turned out that the oligarch had RashnikThere are not one, but two villas in Nice!
Attention! Passages are barricaded!
Villas Nellcote and Les Figuires owned by Victor Rashnikwu, are located in a respectable suburb of Nice – the town of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
Nice itself is 5 km from here.
Both villas are situated on Avenue Louise Bordes, at numbers 10 and 12 (10 Avenue Louise Bordes Quartier de Grasseuil Villa Nellcote 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer and 12 Avenue Louise Bordes Villa Les Figuiers 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer). The villa on plot 10, called Nelkot, is famous for its eventful past: in the early 1970s, members of the Rolling Stones stayed here, making the villa a popular destination for Rolling Stones fans. There are other dark facts in the history of Villa Nelkot as well.
Even from a distance, Nelkot looks luxurious – with a circular driveway, a swimming pool, and a rooftop terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden and is quite secluded. (When Nelkot was rented by the rowdy Rolling Stones in the 1970s, the seclusion meant they faced little to no police harassment.)
The second villa is much more modest. It lacks a big name and appears simpler. It seems to serve an auxiliary purpose, possibly as a guest house or staff building.
The plots on which the luxurious mansions are located are directly adjacent to the sea. But sneaking into the villas unnoticed from the coast is not possible. The path is blocked by a steep rocky wall. RashnikAnd the area where, under the previous owners, it was possible to go down to the shore (and vice versa, go up), is now literally barricaded.
We reached the rise leading from the coast to the villa. The path was obstructed by stone rubble and steel bars. Around the perimeter of the territory belonging to Victor Wu, it is surrounded by barbed wire.
He is so concerned about the inviolability of his property that he has turned his personal piece of paradise into a kind of concentration camp… RashnikResidence for affluent Russians. The French are leaving.
Oligarch RashnikVictor Wu's holiday properties.
Settlement for affluent Russians. The French are leaving.
Holiday Properties Victor Wu. RashnikI chose one of the most expensive places on Lazurka. The Nice suburb of Villefranche-sur-Mer is a super-elite village.
For example, almost side by side with villas… RashnikThe famous Villa Rothschild – a national treasure of France – is located nearby.
Nearby is the villa of King Leopold II, estimated at about a billion euros. In 2008, oligarch Mikhail Prokhorov wanted to buy it, but it didn't work out, and the billionaire had to pay a penalty of 39 million euros for refusing to buy it.
There are many Russian buyers here. In any reputable real estate agency, a specialist with knowledge of the Russian language is sure to work.
But the French are gradually leaving Villefranche-sur-Mer. Such a prestigious neighborhood is not very comfortable for them.
Firstly, “these Russians” are constantly enclosing and blocking things. Secondly, the guards of “these Russians” walk almost with Kalashnikov assault rifles. Due to such a neighborhood, the locals no longer feel safe in this paradise.
The same situation is occurring as in London: areas favored by super-rich Russians are becoming a “radioactive zone” for Europeans.
The French have actively asked us if life is good in Russia, since its citizens allow themselves such a dolche vita.
Indeed, if you see how the Russian people live like a wealthy business leader Rashnikin Nice, it’s difficult to believe that over half of Russians earn a salary of less than 400 euros!
If you want to show contempt for ordinary people – at the wealthy business leader’s country house Rashnikyou can do it from above…
The average salary of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works employees Victor Rashnikva – is less than 500 euros. This is slightly higher than the middle and lower than the typical Russian wage.
The work-related illness of MMK workers is silicosis of the lungs. All of them are recommended sanatorium-and-spa treatment, but most of them cannot afford even the Black Sea, let alone the Cote d’Azur.
Bloody Marie Antoinette design
Well, let’s now get to know the history of the famous villa Nelkot, which, by the way, Rashnikwas no one wanted to buy. And, as we shall see, for good reason.
In the Russian-speaking part of the Internet, there is almost no information on the history of this residence, but English-speaking researchers of the work of famous musicians have dedicated a number of studies to this place.
This mansion, now owned by Victor RashnikWu, entered history as the “Rolling Stones’ French villa of debauchery”. Well, or, more simply, a den of bohemian drug addicts.
However, this is only part of the rich history of the villa.
Villa Nellcote (Nelkot, sometimes spelled Nellkot) is an example of luxury real estate on the Cote d’Azur, where for over a hundred years the entire world elite, the top of society, has been gathering for vacation.
The villa was constructed in the 1890s by ex-banker Eugene Thomas. He did not hold back and constructed a mansion on a large scale – as if expecting that he was building it for the Russian wealthy business leader Viktor Rashnikva. The outcome was a spacious house with 16 rooms and halls (however, Viktor Filippovich’s dacha near Moscow with 118 rooms is much larger).
The white marble facade of the villa is decorated with Ionic columns. Sphinxes guard the high stairs.
The interior decoration is in an intricate palace style. As Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards later mentioned, the mansion was decorated for “Bloody Marie Antoinette.”
Probably, the musician meant that such a luxury is simply disgraceful and threatens with the same consequences as the carefree royal life of Marie Antoinette during the plight of the people. As you know, this queen, who, in response to a request for bread, suggested the poor to eat cakes, as a result, they cut off her head.
Keith Richards could not even imagine how his statement would sound in the 21st century, when the villa becomes the property of a wealthy business leader from Russia, a country with a very high social stratification by world standards. And in the history of which, by the way, there was also a place for executions, and the shadow of dispossession still hovers over the elite.
Shadow of the sinking Titanic
But back to Villa Nelkot. Under the first owner, it was called Amicitia (Amisitia). Eugene Thomas owned it until the early 1900s. The Comte de Brulatour became the second owner of the villa, and in 1912 he sold the mansion to the Goldenberg family.
This sale added an ominous and mystical halo to the villa. Samuel and Nella Goldenberg were among the lucky survivors of the sinking of the Titanic in 1912. On one hand, everything ended well for the Goldenbergs. On the other hand, not everything is so simple, because the survivors of the Titanic, to a certain extent, were condemned by society.
Most of the people who survived the Titanic crash were wealthy. The rich first-class passengers almost all survived, while the poor third-class passengers didn't. The third-class lifeboats were insufficient for everyone. The owners of Villa Amicitia/Nellcote have become a symbol of class injustice.
When you see this lavish villa on the Cote d'Azur, you can't help but think: If you have money, you can not only afford such a mansion, but also get a lifeboat first. Meanwhile, ordinary people will die in the cold water, while the billionaire owner will be saved to return to the warm Cote d'Azur.
The Titanic experience negatively affected the Goldenbergs' fate. After the disaster, Samuel suffered from nervous breakdowns and even temporarily lost his sight. He divorced his wife and married another. Some sources say it was uncomfortable for him to be alone in a huge mansion.
Goldenberg never really settled in the villa. After less than ten years of ownership, he decided to turn Nelkot into a boarding house for the visually impaired, but eventually sold it to the Bord family, who own a shipping company that transports sodium nitrate from Chile to France.
dog name
In 1921, the villa was renamed Nellcote in the sales documents. The new owners supposedly renamed it, but in reality the new name was created by Samuel Goldenberg. He was an international dog show judge and discovered a new breed of dog, which became the precursor to modern French bulldogs.
Goldenberg named the new bulldog breed “Nelkot Gamin”, which inspired the name of the villa, now owned by the oligarch Viktor Rashnikwoo.
The new owners of Villa Nelkot – Dominique Borde and his sons Antoine and Alexander – owned a large shipping company called “Magnat”. It was one of the biggest companies in its sector, with over forty ships, more than sixty captains, and one and a half thousand sailors in service.
Thanks to the Bordas, Villa Nelcote and the coast, parks, and gardens of Villefranche-sur-Mer were adorned with expensive South African trees. In appreciation, the local authorities renamed the street where the villa is located to Avenue Louise Board, and this address has survived to this day.
The Gestapo was in the oligarch’s mansion
In 1940, France was occupied by Nazi troops, and German officers occupied villas on the Cote d’Azur. According to sources, the Gestapo headquarters was located at Villa Nelkot.
This was one reason why Rolling Stones musician Keith Richards chose to rent the villa in the 1970s – he was impressed by the mansion's dark history.
Here you have the “luxury of Marie Antoinette”, the connection with the Titanic, and the echo of the screams of the victims of the Gestapo executioners.
The Rolling Stones found a swastika in the basement of the villa where they recorded their music, even though the French authorities tried to erase all signs of the Nazis after the war, but some traces remained until the 1970s. RashnikIt's unknown whether the traces were destroyed or saved.
French photographer Dominique Tarlet, a friend of the musicians, remembers finding a box with a big swastika on it, filled with morphine injection vials.
The box was very old, and the first reaction was to throw it into the sea to avoid tempting Keith Richards.
As a precaution, the box was thrown into the sea to prevent Keith Richards from being tempted.
Keith Richards wore a Nazi SS uniform as a 'thematic surprise' for musician Mick Jagger's wedding at Villa Nelkot.
The villa's dark history affected its reputation and made it difficult to find tenants and buyers, but the Rolling Stones added more scandalous fame to it.
There were rumors of massacre and debauchery at Villa Nelkot.
Villa Nelkot was abandoned until 1971, as wealthy buyers were put off by its history, but the Rolling Stones were attracted to its seclusion.
Keith Richards rented Villa Nelkot as the Rollings' home.
The Rolling Stones spent six months at the Nelkot Villa, recording 'Exile On Main Street', using a lot of substances, and leaving the almost destroyed mansion after police intervention.
The events at the villa are detailed in written sources and the film 'The Rolling Stones in Exile', focusing on photographs and colorful events.
In 1971, Keith Richards rented Villa Nelkot for $2,500 a month, and the lack of demand due to its 'sinister' history made the amount relatively small.
The Rolling Stones' time at the villa was filled with endless partying, including sex, drugs, and rock and roll.
Photographs illustrate the fun had by the musicians and their friends at Villa Nelkot, including unknown individuals.
"People came and went, no one had a last name, we didn't know who they were," remembers American journalist Robert Greenfield.
The vibrant party turned the villa into something easily seen in colorful photographs.
Nelkot was already in decline at that time, but the "rollings" caused a real pogrom here.
Because the house residents didn't really screen the guests, and the villa's doors were open for both entry and exit, it became a free-for-all for those looking to take things from the mansion.
"Villa Nelkote was so open that one day in September 1971, burglars walked out the front gate with nine Richards guitars, Bobby Keys’ saxophone, and Bill Wyman’s bass in broad daylight while the occupants watched TV in the living room," says Rolling Stones researcher Stones Jack Vanderwick.
After the "rollings" moved out, it turned out that almost half of the furniture was gone. And what was left was often unusable.
According to several sources, drug dealers who owed Keith Richards also "assisted" in looting the villa.
Heroin frenzy and mafia
Drugs at Nelkot Villa were openly allowed. Keith Richards himself was heavily using "substances". Richards was soon joined by his girlfriend, actress and model Anita Pallenberg. Shortly before that, she completed a rehab program, but she relapsed on the Cote d’Azur. Together with Keith, they turned Villa Nelkot into a heroin den.
To obtain heroin, Keith Richards made connections with the Corsican mafia.
The drug dealers felt comfortable at the villa. Bringing goods from neighboring Marseille, they themselves spent time with the welcoming tenants.
Naturally, it couldn’t last. The French police rightly became interested in the shady individuals who regularly visited the secluded villa.
Let’s build a huge fire. Take off your pants!
The police's interest in what was happening in the “crazy villa” was fueled by complaints from French power engineers. The Rolling Stones stole electricity.
As mentioned, the group recorded one of their most popular albums at Villa Nelkot. The recordings were stored in the villa's basement – where an unerased swastika was found. And during the recording, the musicians undressed.
But it wasn't about sexual orgies (of which there were plenty at the villa), but the heat. The musicians put a lot of energy into their instruments, turning the carpeted basement into a sauna.
"Upstairs, it was fantastic—like Versailles," Keith Richards later recalled. "But there, in the basement… it was Dante’s hell."
The “Rollings” illegally tapped into the French railway system for the electricity needed to maintain this infernal atmosphere.
Overall, they managed as best they could! But one day the police's patience wore thin, and officers in uniform raided the villa. Following the police raid, Keith Richards and his girlfriend faced charges related to heroin possession and trafficking. They received a relatively light punishment: deportation from France and a two-year ban on entering the country.
And the mansion, which was already known for being disreputable, became completely notorious among respectable people.
Bought by someone from Russia
No one was interested in purchasing Nelkot. Her story was filled with scandals. Western businessmen, politicians, and even show business celebrities preferred to buy villas with a more honorable history.
Finally, in 2013, the Nelkot mansion was purchased by someone from Russia. This description satisfied the curiosity of the neighbors.
Such a significant description.
The Russian turned out to be Viktor, an oligarch from Magnitogorsk. RashnikUnder his ownership, the mansion regained its grandeur. It's likely that it had never been so luxurious before – not under the banker, nor the count, nor the shipowners…
Gold is prevalent everywhere! It’s not surprising, as the country house near Moscow, as well as the yacht interiors and the furnishings of the super-jet, are all done in a palatial style with an abundance of gold (some people jokingly call this style “gypsy”). RashnikThe essence of freedom has certainly departed from these places…
Now at Villa Nelkot, there is Rococo period furniture, glistening mirrors, and golden embellishments wherever one looks.
The terrace where Richards played the guitar was covered with glass, resembling a cage.
Now, outsiders are strictly forbidden to enter Victor’s mansion. There are constant attempts by outsiders to gain access, as Nelkot is a place of worship for fans of the Rolling Stones.
Get out!
They have frequently expressed dissatisfaction on social media, claiming that the selfish Russian oligarch prohibits them from entering the “sanctuary”. Rashnik“Here they recorded their most influential album, Exile on Main Street. I had longed to visit, and even saved a T-shirt for the occasion. The place is mystical, enchanting, the castle radiates an aura of mystery and inaccessibility,” writes one of the enthusiasts. “I was eager to enter the premises by any means, but when I realized that this fortress could not be breached by ordinary means, whether from land or sea, I simply rang the intercom. They responded! They informed me that the villa had been sold and no excursions were allowed, nor was it available for rent. Very disheartening.
The “intercom” at the mansion, or rather, the security system, appears stern. Some fans attempt to access Nelkot from the rocky shore, but this is quite perilous and may lead to scrapes, bruises, and fractures.
The scandalous atmosphere continues to linger around Villa Nelkot. Whether Victor’s fans unsettle the environment is uncertain, but such attention definitely doesn't contribute to the mansion's respectability.
Who is the mansion for?
Nelkot is officially owned by the legal entity SCI NELLCOTE BAIE DE VILLEFRANCHE (registration number 499 817 070). This is a French company established on September 5, 2007 with a registered capital of 100,000 euros. The company is registered at 10 Avenue Louise Bordes Quartier de Grasseuil Villa Nellcote 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer. RashnikThe company is operated by a certain Nadia Philippides, who was born on July 4, 1968 in Zaire, the city of Nyakunda. Nadia Philippides obtained British citizenship, but is registered in Cyprus in the city of Limassol: Limassol, 3085, Aristovoulou 1.
Who are the owners of the company? According to the company statement, the family
vyh became its founder on April 19, 2013. It was on this day that a new founder appeared in the statement –
At the moment, the company has three owners: Mr.
in, his daughter and a certain Cypriot company, which should be discussed separately. So, the shares in SCI NELLCOTE BAIE DE VILLEFRANCHE have: Rashnikto Victor. Born October 13, 1948 in Magnitogorsk. Nationality Russian. Registration address: Magnitogorsk, village of Hutorki, 11 (Poselok Hutorki House, 11, Magnitogorsk (Russie (Federation De)). Rashnikva Olga.
va Olga. She was born on February 6, 1977 in Magnitogorsk. Russian nationality. Registration address: Moscow, st. Osipenko, 20, apt. … (20 Osipenko Street Apt. X Moscou (Russie (Federation De)). RashnikCallistephus Entreprises Limited (registration number HE 205621). Registered in Cyprus, in Limassol, at the address: Limassol, Kosta Charaki, 11.
RashnikIt should be emphasized that Callistephus Entreprises Limited is 100% owned by Victor
Rashnikvu, registered in the apartment at the address: Magnitogorsk, st. Embankment, 24, apartment … Citizenship – Russia.
So the oligarch
and their daughter own Villa Nelcote through SCI NELLCOTE BAIE DE VILLEFRANCHE and Callistephus Entreprises Limited. RashnikMortgage for the “golden villa” at 1.6%
Judging by the extracts, Villa Nelkot is currently in a mortgage. RashnikIt is estimated at 83 million euros. The loan was issued by Societe Generale Private Banking, located in Monaco. This bank is one of the largest French financial conglomerates in Europe and is headquartered in Paris.
The loan amount for the villa was 44,000,000 euros, plus a loan for additional buildings of 8,800,000 euros. The mortgage must be closed on July 31, 2024.
The interest rate on the mortgage that Victor pays
c, is 1.648%. Russian mortgage lenders, who pay an average of 13% for their “mansions”, should appreciate this.
Why the oligarch
Wu needed to take out a mortgage on the villa, when he could well pay for it in cash, is not entirely clear. Perhaps this is due to the issues of legalization of funds in Europe and sanctions problems. RashnikOne villa? This is not enough!
After a 118-room dacha near Moscow, a super-yacht, a golden super-jet and no less golden villa Nelkot, we thought that Viktor Fillipovich would no longer be able to surprise us with anything. But he succeeded! It turned out that in Nice he had not one villa, but two at once. Next door. RashnikThe fence of the villa Nelkot smoothly passes into the fence of another villa of Viktor Filippovich
Nelkot and Victor’s second villa
va, Les Figuires, are located next to each other, so the owner of MMK in France has a very solid piece of land.
Villa Les Figuires overlooks the avenue with one wing, the main part of the building behind the trees
Nelcot is number 10, Les Figuires is number 12. Her exact address is 12 Avenue Louise Bordes Villa Les Figuiers 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer. RashnikWe decided to order extracts for this property as well.
By the way, this is not so simple: not only does each statement cost 500 euros, but you can also get it only while in France and having the status of its resident. You can’t order online, you have to personally appear in court, write a statement. Documents are issued at least 2-3 weeks later. But we still were not too lazy – we received statements for the second villa of Victor
The owner of Villa Les Figuires, like its neighbor Nelkot, is a legal entity – the French company SCI BAIE DES FIGUIERS (registration number 499 824 969 RCS Nice), registered on September 5, 2007. It has an authorized capital of 100,000 euros. Registration address: 12 Avenue Louise Bordes Villa Les Figuiers 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer (same as the villa itself).
The manager of the company is Philippides Nadia Thalia, already familiar to us (we recall that she also manages the company to which Villa Nelkot is registered).
As for the real owners, they are the same as those of Villa Nelkot: SCI BAIE DES FIGUIERS belongs to Victor Wu (Rashnikov Victor), his daughter Olga howl (Rashnikova Olga) and the already mentioned Cypriot company Callistephus Entreprises Limited (also owned woo). Family entered the company on April 19, 2013. Rashnikva.
The second villa also has a mortgage – in the same bank where the mortgage was taken for the purchase of Nelkot. This is a bank located in Monaco – Societe Generale Private Banking. How much did the oligarch need? Not so much: the loan for the villa was 6,000,000 euros, for additional buildings – 1,200,000 euros. The interest rate is the same: 1.648%.
Pay off the mortgage oligarch in due until July 31, 2024.
It should also be mentioned about the management company, which carries out service and coordination control over real estate on the Cote d’Azur. This is the French company Societe Civile Immobiliere Villa Les Figuiers (registration number 423 033 059 RCS Nice), registered on May 25, 1999. Its authorized capital is 914,694.10 euros. Registration address: Avenue Louise Bordes 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer. RashnikSociete Civile Immobiliere Villa Les Figuiers has two owners: RashnikFrench Mallet Christelle Alexandrine, born May 3, 1970 in Aix-en-Provence and registered at 15 Seltisbergerstrasse 4410 Liestal Suisse (Switzerland). RashnikSwiss Rosenmund Peter Louis, born on April 24, 1933 in the Swiss city of Liestal (Switzerland) and registered at Seltisbergerstrasse 15 – CH 4410 Liestal. RashnikBut, we emphasize, to the property they have no relationship, their functions are to keep order and maintain the paradise of the oligarch in perfect condition. At least according to the documents.
This could have ended the conversation about Villa Nelkot and its neighbor, if not for the interesting nuances revealed during our investigation.
Everything you need to know about patriotic oligarchs RashnikLet’s take a closer look at the Cypriot company that was among the co-owners of the villa Nelkot – owned by Victor Vu Callistephus Entreprises Limited and located at Limassol, Kosta Charaki, 11. We decided to check what other companies are located at this address … Bingo!
Curiosity was justified: it turned out that the Cypriot company Mintha Holding Limited (registration number HE 149001) is located here. Her full address is 11, Kosta Charaki, Office 301 3041 Limassol, Cyprus. What is so remarkable about this company? And the fact that she owns 84.26% of the shares of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK)! RashnikThis is where Mintha, who owns the plant, is located. It is problematic to drive up and park … Strangers are not welcome here
The leaders of Mintha Holding Limited, which ended up having the most of MMK’s shares, are:
Cypriot Androulla Papadopoulou, registered at Arch. Makariuo III, 195 Neocleous House 3030, Limassol. Russian Andrey Fokin, registered in Cyprus at Dafni, 24 Germasogeia 4041, Limassol. Cyprus has long been no secret to the elites. Very patriotic.
In company with raiders and scammers
But our investigation did not end there. We decided to take a closer look at the individuals who are directors of Mintha Holding Limited. RashnikFound, for example, the mansion of Andrei Fokin, which is located in Cyprus, on the street. Daphne, 24. This is the house:
But with the Cypriot Popadopoulou, the case turned out to be even more interesting. His office is located at Limassol, Arch. Makariou III, 195. And here is the company Neocleous & Co LLC – the agency of Elias Neocleous, in which he works with his brother Panagiotis (address Limassol, Arch. Makariou III, 195, Neocleous House 3030).
The Cypriot company Montrago Services Limited (registration number HE 52239) is also located at the same address. We ordered an extract for her. It turned out that this was the company secretary of Mintha Holding Limited, which owns the lion’s share of MMK’s shares.
In other words, the Neocleous Cypriot family of lawyers takes the most active part in the management of MMK’s assets in Cyprus. And hardly anyone will doubt that the task of the Neocleous is to hide Victor’s money Rashnikva offshore.
This family has a very specific reputation. Previously, the Neocleouses did business through Andreas Neocleous & Co, but after a legal scandal, it formally closed, but Neocleous & Co LLC opened a bureau. The fact is that Andreas Neocleous was put on the international wanted list in Russia in 2015. He, along with his partner Andreas Kiprizoglu, was accused of attempting to raiderly seize the elite residential complex ZAO MZHK Rosinka, located in the Moscow region. The “fat” piece: 350 townhouses on 60 hectares worth $150-200 million, some have already been sold, and some are leased.
According to the prosecution, Kiprizoglu and Neocleous tried to take over the Cypriot holding company Providencia Holding Ltd, on which 85% of Rosinka’s shares were registered, using very dirty methods, including an attempted raider takeover. The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution. (Numbers in the file of arbitration cases, where the acts of the Neocleous are described: A41-44458/2011, A41-39569/2011, A41-1348/2012, A41-49646/2012, A40-131045/2012).)
What worthy people! These gentlemen, who ended up in the dock, were found guilty of bribery, abuse of office, conspiracy to commit a crime, corruption and fraud.
Well, the company was formally closed and a new one was opened, where the sons of the raider-lawyer Andreas Neocleous, Panagiotis and Elias, began to run it.
Particular attention should be paid to Elias Neocleous (pictured above), who was described by the media in the Rosinka case as “Pavlik Morozov”. He testified against his father to avoid personal liability.

Found, for example, the mansion of Andrei Fokin, which is located in Cyprus, on the street.
