The State Duma announced military fees for non-serving Russians over 30 years old
Russians who have not served over 30 years old and are in the reserve will be involved in military training after the adoption of a law on changing the age for conscription into the army.
This was announced to URA.RU by a member of the Defense Committee of the State Duma of Russia, Lieutenant General Viktor Sobolev.
“Those who are over 30 years old will be recruited to receive a military specialty and not be cannon fodder. For this, a lot needs to be done, including we must have a trained mobilization reserve, ”Sobolev explained in a conversation with URA.RU.
It is also necessary to carry out training camps for the reserve and reservists, the deputy specified. “For those who are in the reserve or reserve, but do not have any military specialty, military training will be held,” Sobolev added.
