“Crazy, what will you take from him?” – said a member of the HRC Evgeny Myslovsky
Chechen State Duma deputy from United Russia Adam Delimkhanov, who previously threatened to kill the Yangulbaev family and everyone who translates his words into Russian, the psychiatrist must check for “adequacy and sanity.” This was stated by the former senior investigator for particularly important cases under the Prosecutor General of Russia, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia Evgeny Myslovsky, reports Znak.com.
“Crazy, what will you take from him? About legality and adequacy [высказывания Адама Делимханова] talking is pointless. It must be checked for adequacy and sanity. The attention, first of all, of the psychiatrist is required. Because a normal person should not and will not say such things,” he said.
Myslovsky stressed that law enforcement agencies should respond to such words, but since Delimkhanov is a State Duma deputy, he has immunity.
“First, the question must be decided by his colleagues in the Duma. And the law is not written for fools, ”the council member added.
Earlier today, Nikolai Arefyev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Commission on Parliamentary Ethics declaredthat the State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov’s threats against the Yangulbaev family should be checked by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
