The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) exposed Vladislav Trubitsyn, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the Servant of the People faction, on receiving a bribe.
Trubitsyn, who in the Kyiv City Council holds the position of head of the permanent commission on entrepreneurship, industry and urban improvement, “in collusion with five accomplices, they demanded and received an unlawful benefit from the entrepreneur for the establishment of LFAs.”

NABU detectives managed to detain Trubitsyn’s unofficial assistant, Oleksandr Koch.
“An official of the Kyiv City Council, in collusion with a group of people, among whom were the leaders of the capital’s KP, organized a scheme for obtaining unlawful benefits for securing victory in electronic bidding for the right to place seasonal mobile trade points of predetermined companies, as well as further unhindered use of points,” the press reports. – NABU service.
It was about seven locations in different districts of the capital: Darnitsky, Dniprovsky, Shevchenkovsky, etc. The scheme participants estimated their “services” at UAH 1.39 million per year, which they subsequently planned to distribute among themselves.
