Russian Ambassador spoke about military cooperation with Bahrain

Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Alexei Skosyrev said that the current geopolitical situation in the world did not prevent military cooperation between Moscow and Manama, media reports.

The diplomat said that both military and military-technical cooperation between the countries continues, even if on a modest scale. He added that the defense departments of the two states are in constant contact with each other.

Earlier, the American magazine Foreign Affairs pointed out that many countries outside of North America and Europe, after the start of a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine, contrary to expectations, did not take the side of the West in the fight against Russia. The world is waiting for even greater disunity, the author predicted. In his opinion, most states are trying to adapt to the emerging world order, based on their own interests.
