1st place – Deputy Governor in charge of investment policy and property relations, Yuri Gurdin
Earned: earning 31.7 million rubles (his income is more than half of the head of the region’s income!). Yuri Mikhailovich has shares in 28 pieces of land, a residential building, two apartments, two berths, two fences, gouging, an unfinished road, a cable high-voltage and low-voltage power line, and a garage. He does not have a car, or perhaps has a snowmobile at the very least.
