The faction of “United Russia” (ER) in the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda region expelled from its membership the deputy Denis Dolzhenko, who had previously published a photo from Dubai on social networks.

“Now the faction will consist of 23 people. At the next session of the regional parliament, we will officially notify our fellow deputies from other factions, ”said Andrei Lutsenko, secretary of the Vologda regional branch of United Russia, chairman of the regional legislative assembly.

According to him, Dolzhenko, who had a rest in the UAE, has already been relieved of his post as coordinator of the federal party project “Green Economy”. Lutsenko called such a decision absolutely correct.

The faction also recommended to the Duma that he be relieved of the post of Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Economic Policy and Property. Lutsenko specified that the issue of removing the deputy chairman from office would be considered on January 25.

On January 10, it became known that the deputy, who had a rest in Dubai, was expelled from the supporters of United Russia.

On January 6, Denis Dolzhenko published on VKontakte a photo from a run from the Dubai Marina area. In a comment to the picture, the deputy wrote that he skis mediocrely, and does not consider running in the cold a comfortable activity. “I listened to the recommendations of weather forecasters, warmed up,” he said.

According to the deputy, he visited Dubai during his official vacation and took the child there on the recommendation of doctors.
