The bill also provides for criminal liability for propaganda of terrorism and discrediting the armed forces. From 3 to 10 years, the term of punishment for a number of state simen, conspiracy and espionage is increased.
The main purpose of the document, as stated, is “strengthening counteraction to crimes of extremist (terrorist) and anti-state orientation”.
