Orenburg City Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Sergei Nikolaev proposed holding a prayer service in the city for the health of party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who was hospitalized with COVID-19 in a Moscow hospital.
The deputy announced this on his Instagram page.
The event will take place on Sunday, February 13, at 13:00 local time (11:00 Moscow time) at the Dimitrievsky Monastery.
A day earlier, a Ura.ru source reported that Zhirinovsky’s condition had improved slightly and was close to stable. According to him, there is no threat to the life of the Russian politician. At the same time, he continues to breathe through an oxygen mask from time to time.
