The Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested Nadezhda Bogolyubova for two days, who planned to participate in an unauthorized car rally in support of restaurateur Alexander Konovalov.
According to a lawyer, ex-candidate for deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Northern capital Nikita Sorokin, the court session lasted 12 hours. As a result, the woman was found guilty under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally”).
Recall that earlier supporters of restaurateur Alexander Konovalov announced a motor rally for February 23. The city authorities said that no one had applied for notification or permission in this regard.
Konovalov is the leader of the QR resistance. The restaurateur said he would not require vaccination certificates from patrons. More than 170 establishments have joined his initiative. A few weeks ago, Konovalov was arrested and charged with mediating a bribe.
