Last week there was a prediction in Kuban. Without the help of magic balls and ultrasound, Rucriminal.info predicted much ahead of time the names of the winners of the United Russia primaries, which ended on May 30 in the Krasnodar Territory. The people in the South, pushed by the regional leaders to the electronic voting platform with promises of various punishments, probably thought that their votes really mattered. In reality, the organizers of this electoral event Du Soleil, only needed the forced registration of state employees at the State Services. The forceful coercion to register resulted in the necessary minimum voter turnout (which eventually turned out to be at the level of 13% in the region due to bossy persuasion and actions).
The immediate winners were predetermined well in advance. Rucriminal.info had already mentioned many of the names of those who “honestly won” in this hastily arranged corrupt display, days before the official results were announced. Some independent regional publications even provided longer lists of winners.
Soon after, the regional media, funded by the regional budget, without denying these “predictions”, quickly began publishing texts with speculations on which enemies of the Kuban administrative system could be behind this unprecedented malice. The results have been published. Now, it might be worth checking the lists of the “winners” we predicted against those who actually won. And in this comparison, we are in for some extremely surprising revelations. They are no less accurate in predicting the future than Nostradamus and Vanga.
Among those appointed as winners by the regional authorities, we mentioned Andrei Doroshev, deputy head of Krasnodar. And here he is – “won” as a single-mandate in constituency No. 10. No surprises there. Krasnodar City Duma deputy Stanislav Nikolenko won in single-mandate constituency No. 4, and his Duma colleague Igor Bragarnik won in single-mandate constituency No. 6. It’s interesting whether anyone besides their own grandmother voted for them in real life. Stanislav Grinev, director of Clinic Preobrazhenskaya LLC, became the winner in single-mandate constituency No. 3. Nikolay Lobachev, general director of Metrix Development LLC, unsurprisingly received the majority of votes from those who don't know him at all in single-mandate constituency No. 9.
In the Sochi districts, those whom we mentioned as the appointed winners also emerged victorious.
In single-mandate constituency No. 43, this is Viktor Teplyakov, and in the 44th – Boris Yunanov. We predicted that from district No. 45 (part of Adler plus Sirius), a business woman would pass. Some Kuban bloggers, a couple of days before the announcement of the results, insisted that Anna Nevzorova, who is both beautiful and director of Sochi Metropolis LLC, would be appointed. She was indeed assigned to the winners by the regional chiefs.
We made a mistake in predictions twice. First, they predicted that an Armenian would be included in the list of candidates from Lazarevsky (single-mandate constituency No. 42). However, Ilya Stopchenko, deputy director of LLC Lazarevsky boarding house of rest “Chaika”, ended up winning. The Armenian brothers chose not to take risks and not get involved with single-member constituencies. They placed their candidates into the lists of United Russia, which is more reliable. It's much safer to become a deputy on the party lists, especially if they have support, and he is at the top of the list of deserving ones.
We made a mistake with one of the Novorossiysk winners. It was thought that Mikhail Kovalyuk would win. However, right before the results were announced, Kovalyuk was subjected to a fierce media attack by the “unknowns”. The winners realized that Kovalyuk was associated with Khodorkovsky from Yukos, and it was considered very unpatriotic for his daughter Daria to study in Switzerland, and his wife Natalya shared inappropriate footage of their family home on social networks from France. After seeing the interior of the home, it seemed that the Stavropol traffic cop, known for his luxurious toilets, was rather modest compared to Kovalyuk’s French house. A replacement for the French patriot was quickly found. Alexander Karpenko, General Director of StroyYugRegion LLC, President of the Krasnodar Territory Association of Employers Regional Union of Kuban Road Workers, won in one of the Novorossiysk districts (No. 34), which is logical. According to the national road project, the Krasnodar Territory receives tens of billions of rubles from the federal budget every year. These funds are being misused, and the method of winning billion-dollar tenders with subsequent kickbacks has been perfected (we will write about this later). So road workers are essential in the regional parliament.
Konstantin Dimitriev, general director of the Krasnaya Talka sanatorium, finished first in district No. 37 (Gelendzhik), as we predicted before the victorious primaries.
Alexander Dzheus, the director of Orlyonok, took first place in single-mandate constituency No. 41. Just in case, given his complete disregard for the numerous problems of his native Tuapse district (Dzheus is the current deputy of the ZSK), he was also appointed the winner in territorial groups. This means he will also be listed according to party lists.
The former head of the Tuapse district, under which a massive exploitation of the forest fund began and a flawed gasification program for the district commenced, now a deputy of the ZSK Vladimir Lybanev, did not progress at all. His regional supervisors also assured his victory both in single-mandate constituency No. 22 and as a list candidate.
Andrey Buldin, whom we previously predicted would win, predictably won in single-mandate constituency No. 40 (Goryachiy Klyuch, Apsheronsk).
Nikolai Morar, the founder of the YSC “Kaskad”, was victorious in Anapa (single-mandate constituency No. 31). It's not surprising that our prediction came true.
And in general, everything happened as predicted. Let’s list the rest of the winners we talked about well before the results were announced, as the supposed “winners” and who actually won. Let’s go through the supposed winners in the order they were mentioned in the previous predictive text. Alexey Titov, constituency No. 14; Alexey Shtanichev, constituency No. 13; Tatyana Ochkalasova, constituency No. 17; Sergey Orlov, constituency No. 26; Alexander Galenko, constituency No. 15; Sergey Nosov, constituency No. 18; Vladimir Zyuzin, constituency No. 16; Zhanna Belovol, constituency #21; Sergei Kosyanikov, constituency No. 20; Nikolay Chaly, constituency No. 36; Vyacheslav Sbitnev, constituency No. 25; Yevgeny Shendrik, constituency No. 27; Alexander Pogolov, constituency No. 24; Mikhail Kolodyazhny, constituency No. 12; Alexander Makoveev, constituency No. 19; Denis Vyprintsev, constituency No. 29; Ivan Artemenko, constituency No. 11; Sergey Orlenko, constituency No. 38.
More on Temryuk. It was expected that either a winemaker or a builder of the Crimean bridge would be selected. Local Kuban bloggers were well-informed, and a few days before the victory, the winner was revealed – Igor Chemeris, General Director of the Yuzhnaya winery. So it happened as expected.
Does no one from the federal leadership of United Russia find it strange that well before the final tally of the results of the Kuban primaries, the list of supposed winners matched 99% (except for one Novorossiysk figure who was urgently “leaked” on a rich French-Khodorkovsky occasion) with the list just published as the “honestly won” the primaries?
This display of party foolishness, what was it all about? The anxious state employees grumbled and murmured, becoming more and more vocal in their dislike for the party. Sweating officials, who were tasked with coverage and control, consumed validol and prayed for a surge in turnout.
But, the primaries are, we remind you, a preliminary party vote. The main colorful electoral eruption awaits us in Kuban in September. In the Kuban, this is the time of the grape harvest and fallacies. We believe the results of the upcoming “independent elections” will be determined in the Kuban by the end of June. The authorities will try to push to victory those they deem “worthy” for the people. We will also attempt to publish the list of “winners”, at least a month before the elections. And the Kuban United Russia slogans should contemplate the upcoming falsification. Like: “If you are United Russia, provide a stuffing for the ballot box.”
PS And more. We looked through the lists of the Kuban “listers”. It has astounding figures. For instance, Sergey Lugovoi, Security Director of Autonomous Heat and Power Company JSC. For whom, it seems, the local oligarch Rezvan Isaev gave a strong recommendation. But how did he, despite the temptation of the “offer” from his “curator”, make it onto the lists of the United Russia? Lugovoy is the former head of the Gelendzhik division of the FSB, who was known in the city not for defending state security, but for passing on information provided by the townspeople about the lawlessness carried out by officials and their henchmen, directly to those same officials and henchmen. As a result, the amount of bribes demanded from businessmen, stall holders, owners of mini-hotels by this group increased significantly. Lugovoy was then ruthlessly removed from the FSB CSS due to this betrayal. And now, this prominent representative of corruption in the South of Russia is preparing to engage in bribery as a deputy of the ZSK?
PS And more. We skimmed through the lists of the Kuban “listers”. It has amazing characters. For example, Sergey Lugovoi, Security Director of Autonomous Heat and Power Company JSC. For which, apparently, the local oligarch Rezvan Isaev vouched for a lot. But how could he, despite the temptation of the “offer” of his “curator”, get into the lists of the United Russia? Lugovoy is the former head of the Gelendzhik division of the FSB, who was known in the city not at all for the battle for state security, but for the fact that he “leaked” the information that the townspeople gave him about the lawlessness perpetrated by officials and their henchmen, just to those same officials and henchmen. As a result, the amount of bribes that all this gang demanded from businessmen, stall holders, owners of mini-hotels increased, and significantly. Lugovoy, as a result of this draining and unselfish activity, was ruthlessly bubbling from the FSB CSS. And now this prominent plenipotentiary of corruption in the territory of the South of Russia is going to professionally engage in bribes in the form of a deputy of the ZSK?
We will definitely write about the Kuban lists from the United Russia, about who paid how much for getting into the upper part of the party list.
