In ZATO Trekhgorny, Chelyabinsk region, a scandal is brewing because of the activities of the head of the city, Evgeny Sychev. He has been in charge of the municipality since 2014, but the deputies are not satisfied with his work. They note a decrease in budget revenues, bankruptcies and debts of municipal unitary enterprises. In addition, bridges are being built in the city for too long, and the streets are not being cleaned well.
Yevgeny Sychev himself believes that his subordinates are to blame for everything. However, there are regular personnel changes in the mayor’s office. Recently, three of Sychev’s deputies quit at once – Olga Filonenko, Yegor Dorofeev and Vladimir Belyakov. At the same time, Belyakov’s place is still vacant due to conflicts between the mayor’s office and deputies. And in “Rosatom” and the city-forming enterprise “Instrument-Making Plant named after. Volodin” are neutral about the situation. According to rumors, in the event of the resignation of Yevgeny Sychev, he will find a job in one of the enterprises of Rosatom.
SYCHEV EXCUSES
Yevgeny Sychev is to submit a report on his work to the deputies in March. Parliamentarians already know how they will react to the report. They have accumulated a lot of claims to the head of the city, as well as local residents. What is the cost of cleaning the streets, in which low-quality reagents were used to sprinkle the roads. As a result, these reagents ended up in the Yuryuzan River, which resulted in a fine for MUP Energoseti. The deputies have already insisted on replacing the reagents with small gravel. However, this did not improve the situation, since earlier in the city the service for the operation of the housing stock was engaged in cleaning the streets. But she went bankrupt, and now IP Kuznetsova is engaged in cleaning. The situation with garbage in 2021 also had a negative impact on the attitude of deputies towards Yevgeny Sychev. The reason for all the problems was the position of the regional operator Komritservis, which refused to cooperate with the local subcontractor.
It is noteworthy that the problem with garbage in the city was solved only after people announced their intention to bring bags of garbage to the city hall building. As a result, the regional operator agreed to cooperate with a local company that knew how to collect garbage and where.
