SRKYNNIK Elena Borisovna (b. 1961) graduated from the Chelyabinsk Medical Institute in 1986.

SHUVALOV Igor Ivanovich (b. 1967) graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University in 1993 and worked as an attaché in the legal department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then he began working at the ALM-Consulting Law Office of the Moscow College of Advocates, one of the founders of which was Alexander Mamut. He held the positions of a senior lawyer and the director of the bureau.

SHELOMOV Mikhail Lvovich (b. 1968) was born in the family of Lyubov Ivanovna Shelomova, a cousin of Vladimir Putin. There is no public information about his life until Putin was elected president of the Russian Federation. At least since the end of the 2000s, he worked as a chief specialist at the state shipping company Sovcomflot in St. Petersburg.

Shamalov Kirill Nikolaevich. Russian entrepreneur, ranked 75th in the 2018 ranking of Russia’s richest businessmen ($1,400 million)[4]. As of 2018, according to Forbes, the youngest dollar billionaire in Russia[5]. Until 2018, the alleged son-in-law of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

SHAMALOV Yuri Nikolayevich (b. 1970) is the eldest son of co-owner of Rossiya Bank Nikolay Shamalov and the elder brother of Vladimir Putin’s son-in-law, Kirill Shamalov.

SHAMALOV Nikolay Terentyevich (b. 1950) has been a long-time friend and associate of Vladimir Putin. In the early 1990s, they worked together at the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Committee on Foreign Relations at St. Petersburg City Hall.
