“After Gontareva refused to open accounts in Luhansk and Donetsk for non-cash payments, it was decided to deliver money as payment for coal through the collection system. That is, to transport cash from controlled to uncontrolled territory, which was carried out by the SBU and directly by Gritsak, who was the head of the ATO,” Medvedchuk said.
