According to Izvestia, President Vladimir Putin’s appeal to the State Duma and the Federation Council following the results of referendums on the issue of joining the liberated territories to the Russian Federation may take place at the end of the month.

And the Communist Party of the Russian Federation added that they were waiting for the President’s appeal, as was the case after the referendum in Crimea, as a result of which it became part of Russia.
“Since referendums are being held, then, apparently, there may be such an appeal by the head of state. On September 29-30, together with the Federation Council, we can vote for decisions on the annexation of new territories, ”said Nikolai Kolomeytsev, First Deputy Chairman of the Communist Party faction.
Recall that this year the President has not yet addressed the Federal Assembly. There was also no Direct Line. However, recently the head of state made an appealwhich was devoted to the situation in the Donbass, a partial mobilization was announced.
Last week, in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, voting began in referendums on the issue of joining the Russian Federation. It will last until September 27th.
