The district administration in the Astrakhan region changed its mind about evicting the company “La Dacha Astrakhan” Oleg Tinkov from the land

Recently, Oleg Tinkov has spoken negatively about Russia. Suddenly, the country that brought him billions turned bad. However, it is possible that the sanctions pressure left Tinkov no choice, and he himself does not want sanctions.

Therefore, the businessman lives in the West and claims that he has refused all Russian assets. But it’s not. Oleg Tinkov owned the La Dacha Astrakhan, La Dacha Service and Honka Kamchatka companies. The latter company is still formally registered in the Cyprus offshore. And the company “La Dacha Service” really changed the owner, but not for long. First, Stanislav Podolsky, associated with Tinkoff Bank, became the owner of the company, and then the asset again passed to Alexander Malakha and Nubelon Holdings Limited. Thus, Tinkov can still control this business.

“Tinkoff Bank” for Oleg Tinkov remained in the past. He himself claims that he had to sell shares at a lower price. According to Tinkov, he was pressured by top market officials. Allegedly, they even said that in case of refusal to sell shares, the bank would be nationalized. But it is hard to believe in these threats, since the Russian government is the last thing to think about nationalization in such a difficult time.

The La Dacha Astrakhan company has been operating in the Astrakhan region for a long time. But after Tinkov’s harsh statements, employees of the administration of the Limansky District municipality filed a lawsuit demanding that the company be deprived of the right to a land plot of 25,000 square meters. However, for some reason officials are now withdrawing the lawsuit.
